Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram:- The Assam Chief Minister started the Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram for the People of Assam. Through this program, the Assam Government hopes to promote the state’s cultural heritage through dance and sangeet competitions. Beginning on October 25, Rabindra Sangeet, Tribal Dance, and Jyoti Sangeet are just a few of the events planned for this Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram 2023­-24 Remember that the grand Final will place in Guwahati on February 7th, 2024. Competition for solo and group entries will be organized under Sanskritik Mahasangram of Assam. A total of Modal songs will be chosen by the authorities for each Sangeet Category. Objective of Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram

The primary goal of the state Govt. of Assam is to promote cultural heritage through the identification of cultural talents and another aim is to motivate those who are interested in cultural events, the state Government launched this scheme in 2023-24. This program’s capital budget of 33 crore rupees was announced in the yearly budget for 2023-24.

Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram Awards & Cash Prizes

Awards will be given out in this program at four levels. The winner at each level will be three. All GP/Ward/VCDC/MAC winners in every category will be eligible to a computer at the LAC level. LAC level winners will be also eligible to a computer at the District level, and those district level winners will also be eligible to a computer at the state.
