Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be studying from class 6th to degree level.
- Applicant parents must be registered with Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- 50% attendance is must for the student.
- Only 2 childrens from one family can get the benefit of this scheme.

Procedure to Apply for Odisha Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana 2023
- Firstly, the candidate has to visit the Official website of the scholarship scheme.
- Then on the homepage, click on the ‘Apply for Scholarship’ option.
- Now, select the scholarship scheme for which you want to apply.
- Log in with the portal by using your Aadhar card number/ Unique number & password.
- If you haven’t previously registered on the portal then click on the ‘Registration’ option on the homepage.
- Read the instructions & guidelines. Click on the ‘Agree’ option.
- Then on the next page, fill in the details such as name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, etc.
- Now, select the register option.
- Choose the ‘Apply’ option. Fill out the application form.
- Upload all the required documents & make sure to take a printout of the form for further use.

- Firstly, the candidate has to visit the Official website of the scheme.
- Then on the homepage, click on the ‘Know your Status’ option.
- Select the application status option. After that enter your Aadhar card number or Application number.
- Click on the ‘Get OTP’ option.
- Enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
