This Scheme has been announced by the Congress Party of Telangana state. This scheme is a pre-poll promise of the Telangana Congress Party. Through this scheme, the Congress Party will provide a Vidya Bharosa Card to the eligible students for their education & tuition fees. The Vidya Bharosa Card is worth 5 lakh rupees. The eligible students can avail the benefits of this card. Under this scheme, the Congress Party has also promised to construct or build International schools in every Mandal of Telangana state. Through these schools, the party will provide top-class education to students.
